WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?

Yes we are. In fact, all patients are considered to be new patients at their first appointment to see us here at The Clinic. We will ask you to sign a release of medical records form, if appropriate, to have your records released to The Clinic from your previous clinic.

I ALREADY HAVE A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR. CAN I COME TO YOUR CLINIC TOO?

Yes you can. We will gladly see you for minor problems if your regular physician is unable to see you. For more complicated problems, you should see your regular physician to discuss your treatment plan and arrange ongoing followup.

WILL YOU TAKE MEDICARE?

We are not contracted with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Tricare.   We do not meet their demand for electronic medical records.  They require expensive electronic medical records systems which are cumbersome to use, interfere with the office visit itself, and reduce access of patients to the clinic.

HOW MANY DOCTORS WORK AT THE CLINIC?

Dr. Bicak and Michelle Wieneke, APRN are the providers at The Clinic.

WHERE IS THE CLINIC LOCATED?

We are located in Bentonville, off Walton Blvd., just south of the intersection with Highway 102 (14th St.), directly behind Burger King, in the Bentonville Commerce Development.

WHAT HOSPITAL DO YOU USE?

Dr. Bicak is on active medical staff at Northwest Medical Center – Benton County, located 5 minutes from The Clinic. Dr. Bicak is also on outpatient medical staff at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers.  We utilize the hospitalist program for inpatient medical care when inpatient care is needed.

CAN I KEEP THE SPECIALIST(S) I HAVE BEEN SEEING ALREADY?

Absolutely.

CAN LABORATORY TESTING BE DONE AT THE CLINIC?

Yes.  We offer on-site testing contracted with Labcorp.  If your insurance requires the use of a different laboratory provider, we are happy to give you an order to take to your covered laboratory if you notify us of this situation at the time of your visit.

DO YOU USE AN ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD SYSTEM (EMR)?

No. We use a written documentation system similar to those used in most emergency rooms in our area. This allows us to devote our attention to you during your visit.

HOW DO YOU DO YOUR BILLING?

All of our billing will be handled electronically from our office to improve billing efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain patient satisfaction. You will be responsible for payment of your portion of all charges when you checkout after your visit.
